What this policy covers
This Privacy Policy describes how Fenris Safety Group LLC ("Fenris," "we," "us") handles information collected through fenrissafetygroup.com. This policy applies only to information collected through this website. Information collected through paid engagements is governed by separate written agreements with each client.
Information we collect
Fenris collects information you voluntarily provide through the contact form on this site: name, company, role, email address, phone number, employee count range, and the message you submit. We also collect basic, anonymized site traffic information through Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track individual users.
How we use information
Fenris uses contact form information solely to respond to your inquiry, scope potential work, and communicate about Fenris services. We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your information to send unsolicited marketing communications.
Information we do not collect through this site
This site is not intended to collect protected health information, employee medical records, workers compensation claim numbers, treatment details, diagnoses, injury photographs, claim details, incident reports, or any other sensitive business information. This website is not intended to collect consumer health data under Washington's My Health My Data Act. Please do not submit such information through the contact form. Sensitive information should be discussed under a written engagement agreement only.
How we store information
Form submissions are routed through Formspree to a Fenris email address. Fenris retains inquiries as long as reasonably needed for business records, follow-up, or legal purposes. You may request deletion of your inquiry, subject to legal, security, or legitimate business recordkeeping needs, by emailing marcus@fenrissafetygroup.com.
Your rights
Washington State residents and residents of other applicable jurisdictions have rights regarding their personal information, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of information Fenris holds about them. To exercise these rights, contact marcus@fenrissafetygroup.com.
